  • How long does it take to process and ship my orders?

Please allow 24-48 hours after an order is placed for processing. I will do my best to ship out orders quickly, but please allow 1-3 days after processing your order for items to be shipped out.

  • When will I receive my package?

Typical transit time for order arrivals ranges from 5-7 days after the package has shipped. Transit time varies depending on your location, shipping service, and carrier. Please refer to your order’s tracking number to monitor and get a more accurate estimate of delivery. Please note, that once packages have left our hands, we have no control over delays. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed delivery. However, if you experience any issues in receiving your package, please email us at EMAIL ADDRESS HERE. I will ensure that you receive the order that you paid for.  

Please note - expect delays during the holiday season.

 

  • What days of the week do you ship?

I will try my best to ship packages quickly during the week and on weekends. However, discretion is used to help avoid situations where packages may be subject to hot temperatures or left in warehouses or trucks over the weekend. We aim to ship packages early in the week.

Precautions are made to orders going to areas with hotter temperatures, however, we cannot be held liable or responsible for melted candles. But if you experience any issues in receiving your package, please email us at EMAIL ADDRESS HERE and I will do my best to make it right.

  • Do you ship internationally?

Current Aromatic Indulgence Candle Company only operates and ships within the United States.

 

  • What if the item arrives is wrong or damaged?

Ensuring you have a great experience with Aromatic Indulgence Candle Company, and are satisfied with your items is our goal. For any products that arrive damaged, please contact us at EMAIL ADDRESS HERE within 48 hours of receiving your product with a photo and description of the damage. Please report damaged products before first use. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will evaluate and provide options to make it right.   • Can I exchange it for another candle if I do not like the fragrance?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have fourteen (14) days to request an exchange or refund. This means that you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Please email customer service at EMAIL ADDRESS HERE to begin the exchange/return process.

 

All exchanges/returns must be in new and unused conditions.

You are responsible for the cost associated with shipping exchanges/refunds.

 

  • I am located locally, is there a ‘Local Pickup’ option?

Currently, there is NO PICKUP OPTION available. However, in the near future, we plan to be at local farmer’s markets in the Seattle area where you will be able to purchase candles in person. Please refer to and follow us on Instagram @AromaticIndulgence_CandleCo to stay up to date and receive notifications once we are at farmer’s markets.

 

  • What do I do if I accidentally put the wrong address on my order?

Please email me immediately at EMAIL ADDRESS HERE to fix your address so adjustments can be made prior to shipping.

 

  • What kind of wax do you use?

Aromatic Indulgence candles are made with 100% soy wax.

  • Why should I trim the wick?

Trimming the wick down to 1/4” prior to each lighting helps ensure a cleaner burn and keeps the flame from becoming too large. If your candle is flickering continuously, has a large flame, or if your wick has a ‘Carbon Mushroom’ – where the top of the wick resembles the top of a mushroom - extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and relight the candle.

 

  • Why is my candle ‘tunneling’ or leaving wax on the sides of the container?

There are many reasons why candles may ‘tunnel’ and not melt the wax to the edge of the container. The main reason is not burning candles long enough; especially on the first burn of the candle. Aromatic Indulge candles are made with high-quality, eco-friendly materials and have undergone months of product testing; although that has greatly decreased the chances of experiencing ‘tunneling’, it doesn’t 100% prevent it.

Please allow your candle to burn for at least 2 hours, or until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container, on first use. After first use, allow 2-4 hours for each burn.
