Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have fourteen (14) days to request an exchange or refund. This means that you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. All exchanges/returns must be in new and unused conditions. Please email customer service at support@aromaticindulgence.com to begin the exchange/return process.

Return Process

Please email support@aromaticindulgence.com to begin the return process. After receiving a confirmation email, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges/returns.

You will receive a notification once we have received and inspected the condition of the product, and let you know if the refund request was approved or not. Please allow at least seven (7) days from shipping your return for us to process your return.  If approved, the charge will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please contact us at support@aromaticindulgence.com if more than 14 business days have passed and you have not yet received your refund.

Damaged Products

For any damaged products, please contact us at support@aromaticindulgence.com within 48 hours of receiving your product with a photo and description of the damage. Please report damaged products before first use. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will evaluate and provide options to make it right.
